Improve the quality of the meals you offer
Through my menu planning service, I help those in the catering industry or otherwise serving food to the public to improve the nutritional quality of the meals they offer.
I have worked in this capacity with schools, nurseries and private sector restaurants to not only improve the quality (and flavour!) of the meals they offer, but also to help them understand the latest food safety guidance, ensure they are compliant with relevant rules and regulations, and help them to understand and correctly implement food labelling rules.
